House Budget Committee Advances One Big Beautiful Bill Act
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today the House Budget Committee advanced the principal legislative vehicle that delivers President Trump’s full America First agenda, the One Big Beautiful Bill Act.
Chairman Jodey Arrington (R-Texas) released the following statement:
“Tonight, the House Budget Committee took a critical step to passing the One Big Beautiful Bill Act and making President Trump’s America First vision a reality for the American people. I look forward to finishing the work on this bill and passing this historic legislation through the House. I encourage my Senate colleagues not to delay and quickly take up our bill so we can expedite it to the President’s desk and make America safe and prosperous again.”

The One Big Beautiful Bill Act locks in tax cuts for hardworking families and small businesses; opens up American energy production; reins in regulatory overreach; right-sizes our bloated bureaucracy by rooting out waste, fraud, and abuse; and secures our border and strengthens our military— all in a fiscally responsible way.
