Chairman Arrington Releases Statement Welcoming Rep. Edwards Back to Committee

      WASHINGTON, D.C. - Today, Chairman Jodey Arrington (R-TX) released the following statement in response Congressman Chuck Edwards (R-N.C.) rejoining the House Budget Committee. 

      “I’m thrilled to have Rep. Edwards remain on the Budget Committee after being appointed to the Appropriations Committee. His business acumen, common sense, and commitment to restoring fiscal responsibility in Washington are invaluable.” 

In addition to rejoining the Committee, Congressman Edwards is also rejoining the House Budget Committee’s Oversight Task Force, which focuses on bringing accountability, transparency, and program integrity toward how the federal government spends American taxpayer dollars."
